It was awful. Yesterday I went to the dealership for an oil change, and Mr. Lewis said the oil was on him and I dont have anymore left. I waited an hour and a half, and now the mechanic is checking it and says the oil is dirty—and the filters are, too. It’s so disappointing that they don't deliver on what they promised; even worse, they made me wait for nothing, and I wasted my day for no reason.
I was very pleased with my visit to the service dept. Mr. Lewis Grimes was my advisor. He’s always honest and upfront with my car needs He arranged Uber to take me home and pick me up when the service was completed. And it was completed in a timely manner.

Disappointed that I had to spend $20 on an Uber because when I set up the appointment they neglected to tell me the shuttle doesn’t run on Saturday and I specifically asked. I also had to put my owner mileage sticker on, they left it sitting in my seat. Also my person was dealing with another customer and I was told I had to waiting her which ended up making me late for work.
All of the work was Completed In a timely fashion at a price that I considered reasonable.
My salesman Adesanya was very patient with me and took time explaining the process. Excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere.
Toyota of Bowie has a knowledgeable staff that performs quality work at a fair price. I appreciate Karl’s kindness, knowledge and honesty at the service desk; he is the best! The supervisor Edbyn is also fair, kind, and extremely knowledgeable!

Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with. l was assigned to Lewis Grimes as my service advisor. I couldn’t ask for a better advisor. He really made me feel seen, even though there was a lot going on around us. He took time to make certain my concerns were addressed and that I was comfortable.

Terrible experience. Spoke with Adeniyi Adesanya about a Lexus GX 460 on the first day and agreed to a price, including a proposed written deal for $37K. Contacted Adeniyi daily for 3 days to set up a sale, but the Adeniyi kept making excuses (car just arrived, I need to locate the car, car has not been processed, I forgot to get you pictures, etc. etc.). 3 days later the price changed to nearly $40K. Do not deal with these people, they are crooks!

Worst experience I have ever had with car service. Bought the car at Bowie Toyota 16 years ago and have had all service done there since. It has really gone downhill and I plan on reporting to Toyota corporate the unbelievably stressful time given me by the service department over a warranty-covered item this past 7 days.

Terrible experience. Buying the car was an extremely unsatisfactory as they tried to cut corners in everything. Since buying the car on May 11 we have been calling non stop and still have not received our tags two months later and have no idea when we will get them. They Took the tag and title fees but have done nothing since and are non responsive. Would highly recommend not ever doing business with them.
I really love obtaining my car repairs at the Toyota Group 1 in Bowie, Maryland especially dealing with my personal service representative Danny Korode. Danny keeps it real when it comes to explaining the required service repairs. Although I sometimes find the repair costs somewhat pricey Danny takes me to the internet and show me what the car manufacturer say if certain repairs are not made to the car and the possible damage to my car if the repairs are left undone. This was the first servicing of my new Camry. It was a good experience. The service advisor was very good.
I've used this Toyota dealership for most of my major service requirements. They've always been up-front about the cost of the services and pretty spot on about completion times. I would use them again.
I have had a fairly good experience for many years. But lately I've not gotten a good feeling about the results of request for certain analysis with regards to issues I am having on my vehicle. I have expressed my concerns about the issue and I get a result that says the technician can't duplicate the problem.

BLUF: The absolute WORST service department and aftersale support is atrocious. You may get a good deal here but hope you don't need anything after you sign and drive off!

The rep I was assigned to was very nice but, I wasn’t able to get my truck looked at. I had it scheduled for 1:00 to look at the rusting on the frame to see if it’s safe to continue to drive. I had a dentist appointment at 3:00 and since no one from the shop could look at it by 2:30 I had to leave. I guess I know now that just because you have an appointment, your vehicle might not get looked at for a while.

My husband and I have bought two cars at the dealership. I have brought my Prius in twice in the last two months for repairs. I believe that the persons that I worked with, were trying their best to get me discounts on services provided.
We have always had our car serviced at Toyota at all the necessary time and mileage. At 29,000 miles we were informed that our 70,000 mile warranted tires needed to be replaced. Continental Tires would not even talk to us, they said they sold the tires to Toyota. The general manager (Mr Bruner) of Bowie Toyota refused to be of any service. Customer service at Toyota told us to take it to a different dealer. The service manager did give us 30% off of new tires. Needless to say we will never buy another car with Continental Tires, or another car from Toyota.

I had a nail in my tire and i even had the tire warranty. When I brought my vehicle in, I also decided to get an oil change. The service advisor informed me that I would be receiving a new tire under the warranty and charged me $48 for mounting and balancing.
A few days later, I discovered that the tire had not been replaced at all. In fact, it was the same tire, and the original nail was still lodged in it. We always get excellent service - I bought my Toyota there in 2015 and I was told that the car and the services would last until 300,000 miles. I am almost at 150,000 miles and this car and the great care has given me safe and efficient transportation for 11 years! My favorite service advisor is Mohammed!
