I had a nail in my tire and i even had the tire warranty. When I brought my vehicle in, I also decided to get an oil change. The service advisor informed me that I would be receiving a new tire under the warranty and charged me $48 for mounting and balancing.
A few days later, I discovered that the tire had not been replaced at all. In fact, it was the same tire, and the original nail was still lodged in it. If a replacement tire was not available or not covered, I would have appreciated an honest explanation. What ... Read More

We always get excellent service - I bought my Toyota there in 2015 and I was told that the car and the services would last until 300,000 miles. I am almost at 150,000 miles and this car and the great care has given me safe and efficient transportation for 11 years! My favorite service advisor is Mohammed!

I have been to this dealership for over 20 years . I like going there because of the convience and the service. I still like going there however this time all went well except the fact that the service people were also the cashiers which made my stay a little longer than usual. Karl customer service was excellent. I told him that I had to be at work a certain time and the car was ready 1 1/2 hour before. I got a tuneup and brakes work done
Our service manager, Danny K. Had the technician do a thorough review of our 2105 Highlander. The recommended service was in line with Toyota’s recommendations. The vehicle should last over 200k miles thanks to Danny and his team.

I love how you're assigned a dedicated person to monitor service progress and even gives you a number to text him if you have questions. I would have liked to have my driver seat put back and the dash info set back the way it was, but otherwise great service.

Customer service is not the focus. Had to call to find out the status of my car. Placed on hold 3 times, finally got status after 30 mins on hold, because my agent went home and no one was tracking my car.
